• 1 regular (8oz.) Cool Whip
• 2/3-cup kumquat
puree
• 1 can of condensed milk
• 1/2-cup lime juice
In
a bowl, beat condensed milk and whipped topping.
Add lime juice and beat until thickened. Add La
Vigne Kumquat Puree. Pour in pie shill and chill
in refrigerator for several hours. Garnish with mint
leaves and kumquats.
